Within EU countries, due to our warehouse being located within the Netherlands, there aren’t any additional charges from the carriers and the customs of your land that are within the European Union to be applied on our parcels.

If your country isn’t within the EU, or if it is shipped internationally, additional customs charges may be applied and have to be paid by the customer before or at the moment of delivery. The customs of your country decide how much an item should be charged for customs fees, we can't influence that either. We would always suggest that before making a purchase check with your local customs what an estimated amount would be and then if it’s alright with you to place the order.

Also, the carrier partners may require a fee for completion of the delivery, and this is something we aren’t able to influence from our end.
