If the order isn’t dispatch yet and that you just placed it and made an error by entering a wrong/incomplete address, immediately write to our customer support email: shop@fnatic.com and add URGENT to the email subject.

The customer is responsible for providing Fnatic with a correct and complete delivery address. If you made a mistake in the delivery address, please send us an urgent email to shop@fnatic.com with the correct address, and we will do our best to amend it.

However, if for some reason we can't amend it and the order is dispatched already, Fnatic won't be responsible for that.
