If the product you bought was offered on Pre-Order, then we're working hard to get it made and shipped to you. We aim to dispatch custom-made orders within 10 working days.

Customers will be informed accordingly on the product page about estimated delivery arrival for these items and the possible delays due to manufacturing process.

Pre-orders can be cancelled maximum 24 hours after purchase date.

When it comes to custom-made items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges - unless, of course, if we have made a manufacturing error.

If you ordered some other items, which are not custom-made items in the same order, these will be shipped out as soon as your custom-made items are finished with the production and ready to be dispatched.
