Due to the speedy shipping of our orders, once you have placed your order we have a very short time frame to cancel it. This includes changing the delivery address or cancelling the order entirely. Because of that we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled or that we will be able to make changes of any kind.


As soon as you have confirmed an order, we are unable to change the contents of the order in any way. Furthermore, promotional discounts/codes can not be added or claimed after the order has been confirmed.


If you want to cancel your order, it's important that you type "urgent" in the message subject or in the body of the message once you email us to shop@fnatic.com or submit your ticket here https://help.fnatic.com/support/tickets/new.


The same stands if you have an urgent request of any kind.


Note: Orders can be cancelled if the request is made within a few minutes of the order being placed if you email us within our working hours. We can cancel your pre-order if you request a cancellation in 24h since you placed it.
