You can change your wallet by visiting https://fnatic.com/account/membership/change-wallet

For security reasons (we don’t want somebody entering your wallet address and using your benefits) you will need to  verify that you are the owner of the new wallet, currently the only way to do this is via MetaMask or WalletConnect.

If you’re using the Crypto.com DeFi wallet, you’ll need to import your private key into MetaMask first, this is because the Crypto.com DeFi wallet does not yet support signing requests.

You will need to have your new wallet application ready, when you start the process on the website, it will ask you to sign a request to confirm ownership of the wallet and that you wish to transfer it. Once you’ve signed the request and accepted the terms and conditions, we will start to process your change request.

The process can be almost instant, depending on how busy the Polygon network is, please allow up to 24 hours for this to complete, then open a support ticket if it fails.

Once the process is complete, you should be able to see that your account area now represents the contents of your new wallet.

Please note, if you are using the same wallet on multiple accounts, you’ll need to disconnect it from any other accounts before connecting it.
