Yes, you will need to pay for return costs of an unwanted/exchangeable item to Fnatic. However, if you are to receive a new replacement product under a warranty, Fnatic will cover the costs of shipping this product back to you.


Choice of shipping method for products sent to Fnatic is up to the sender. However, it is your responsibility that your package reaches our warehouse, so please familiarize yourself with different shipping methods. Fnatic kindly advise to use tracked shipping method as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit for products sent back by the customer. Once Fnatic has confirmed the product has been received, and this product has been checked, we will send a replacement* or issue a refund to the original form of payment for the total amount of the order.

Check the import/export laws in your country - ask your local post office. Some countries demand you fill out an export form if you don't want to pay customs when you receive the new product.
