If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), you must let us know that you are returning the item(s) within 14 days of delivery, and the reason for return, then you have another 14 days to send it back to us.
Before returning the item(s), please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can provide you with the Return instructions. Please state your order number (usually starts with FNC/FNCT or a 6-digit number) or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address you received the order from.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Apparel item(s) must be:
Returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached, and the original packaging included in the same condition when you received them.
If an item in your order arrived as faulty, or damaged, please do notify us within 30 days from the delivery date, with images of your defective item(s) and your order ID. We will be more than happy to sort this out for you.
We will accept returns only from the person who bought the item(s). The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the return has been received and accepted by our warehouse, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and happily exchange the eligible item(s) for another size or another product of equal value, provide a store credit of the returned items' price amount, or issue a full refund.
If you choose a refund, we will refund you the amount paid within 7 days of Fnatic’s receipt of the item(s), and your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the return delivery costs.
If the customer returned worn and physically damaged item(s) without the original packaging and tags included
Items that have been washed, or altered in any way are not returnable
If the item returned has been lost in transit
Any item that is returned outside the relevant window (i.e. 14 or 30 days)
Please note -- Personalized products are made just for you and are not returnable. Refund will be granted only if the product(s) is faulty or manufacturer made an error.
Due to the hygienic reasons, Facemasks won't be eligible for return, unless the item is damaged or faulty when it was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Gear item(s) must be:
Sealed, in its original packaging, sealed goods cannot be returned once unsealed
Unused, and not damaged in any way
If an item in your order arrived as faulty, please do notify us within 30 days from the delivery date, so that we can assist you. If you return the Gear item which is eligible for return, or you received the faulty item, we will offer:
Store credit in the same value of the faulty/returned item(s)
A full refund
We will not offer a refund or an exchange if the customer:
Knew an item was faulty when they bought it, but haven’t reported it to us in 30 days since the date of delivery
Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
No longer wants an item which has been unsealed and not in the original packaging - sealed and unused
