If you aren’t 100% happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
You must let us know that you are returning the item(s) within 14 days of delivery of the item and the reason for return, then you have another 14 days to send it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- Unused and in the same condition when you received them
- In their original packaging
- Sealed goods cannot be returned once unsealed (GEAR items)
We will accept returns only from the person who bought the item(s)
We are happy to exchange the eligible item(s) (e.g. for another size) or issue a full refund. If you choose a refund, we will refund you the amount paid within 14 days of Fnatic’s receipt of the item(s), (return costs non-refundable).
We will not offer a refund if the customer:
- Knew an item was faulty when they bought it, but haven’t reported it to us in 30 days since the date of delivery
- Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
- No longer wants an item (only if original packaging, sealed and unused)
Please note -- Personalized products are made just for you and are not returnable. Refund will be granted only if the product(s) is faulty or manufacturer made an error.
If an item in your order is faulty, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return the item(s) to us for the following:
- A full refund (return costs included).
To be able to process your return, we need the following:
Your order number (usually starts with FNCT or a 6 digit number) or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:
- Any item that is not returned in its original condition
- Not in the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned outside of the relevant window (i.e. 14 or 30 days)
