Sometimes after an update, the mouse and receiver may need to be paired up for the mouse to work. Below are the steps to achieve this.

Note: You may need to use another mouse to complete this process.

STEP 1

Plug your USB-C cable into the wireless receiver and ensure your THORN mouse is turned on.

STEP 2

Open the software and select ‘Setting’ tab

STEP 3

With the software window in focus, press the spacebar on your keyboard. You will get the pop-up below.

STEP 4

Press and hold both main clicks and the scroll wheel button for 5–10 seconds. The LED indicator on the left side of the mouse will start blinking yellow.

STEP 5

Back on the LAMZU software, proceed by pressing the space bar once again. The pairing process will begin and could take a few minutes to complete. Do not disconnect the receiver or turn off the mouse.

STEP 6

Once pairing is complete, your THORN mouse is ready to use.
