Please make sure your microphone is securely plugged into the headset. The port can accept the microphone boom in two directions, however we recommend the arm is pointing up.
Also, check if the mute mic switch is disconnected both on the sound card and the cable of the headset.
Additionally, check the recording settings in your sound control panel.
- Go to the option Sound in Windows
- Locate 'Sound Control Panel' in top right
- Go to 'Recording' tab
- Disable all unnecessary devices
- Set the REACT microphone (may be known as Realtek etc, depending on your driver) as default
