If you purchased Fnatic product in Best Buy store or their online shop, and the product has developed a fault, please contact Best Buy store where the item was purchased to claim your warranty.
All Fnatic products are covered with 2-year warranty.
If you are having issues with the store honoring the warranty, you should contact Best Buy at 1-800-544-2083.
If that process failed, please contact us at shop@fnatic.com, so that we can escalate the process.
In order to help you further, we will require the following information:
- If applicable, Name/Location of the Best Buy Retail Store that did not honor warranty
- If applicable, call center agent that did not follow correct warranty process.
- Customer Contact information
- Model number and issue with product
- Any related pictures/video or support documentation
- Receipt
