If your side button stopped working, please send us the following information at shop@fnatic.com:


- Order ID (starts with FNC/FNCT)

- Video of the issue

- Serial number located on the label of the cable 


In order to claim your warranty for any gear unit, we will ask you to provide the serial number (S/N).

*** Do not remove the label/sticker from the cable/on the backside of the unit.


For us to be able to see what's wrong and to assist you properly, we will need the video where we can see/hear the issue, your order number/ID and the serial number of the faulty item.


Any returned product which wasn't previously approved by Fnatic Customer Support for return won't be compensated.
