Unfortunately, Windows does not support built in functionality for muting the microphone. Therefore, our software: Fnatic OP need to be installed for it to work. Please ensure you have just one microphone connected, and that there is no interruption with other peripherals' software.

Currently, the HyperX cloud’s 7.1 surround card, among others, may be incompatible with mic-mute functionality on the Streak and Fnatic OP. We recommend that the gamer plugs the headset directly into the PC, as opposed to external sound cards, if wishing to access mic-mute functionality from the keyboard.
