In order to claim your warranty for any gear unit, we will ask you to provide the serial number* (S/N).

*** Do not remove the label/sticker from the cable/on the backside of the unit.

Generation 2

The label is located on the back of the keyboard.

Generation 1

The label is located on the back of the keyboard as well.

Mice 

Generation 2 BOLT

The serial number is located on the back of the mouse.

Generation 2 CLUTCH 2 & FLICK 2

The serial label is located at the end of the cable, close to the USB A connector.

Generation 1

The label is located on the back of the mouse.

You can find the serial number above the ear pad, attached to the cable on the headband:
