When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the link, and the tracking number updates are done by the carrier in charge of the delivery.

There are a few reasons why the tracking information for your package might not be updated for a while. The package might still be en route from one carrier distribution facility to another.

This can happen during periods with high amounts of packages during the holiday season, or when there are extreme weather conditions or some part of the delivery chain is delayed.

If your tracking information shows that the package has entered your country, but doesn't provide any additional information after that, your package could just be delayed at customs.

We advise you to wait between at least 3 - 7 days before checking again.

There can be moments when electronic data shows up, this means that the carrier dispatched the parcel but that it is still in transit and can take a few days to be updated by the carrier partners when they scan the barcode and refresh it on their tracking sites. If you see that the tracking number isn’t updated within the 3 weeks from the moment of shipping if the package is lost or undelivered (EU countries), and 4 weeks for countries outside the European Union, we would suggest that you reach out to our customer support to check this out through our email [email protected].
