To return your product you must first email email@example.com stating your order number (usually starts with FNCT or a 6 digit number) and the reason for the return.
You must let us know first that you are returning the item(s) within 14 days of delivery date and state the reason for the return; then you have another 14 days to send it back to us.
Our Returns department will write back to you within two (2) working days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it to. We receive several parcels back each week and if you don’t clearly identify your return then we won’t be able to distinguish it and we won’t be able to process it for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, please see our shipping information page for more details.
You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns are in the hands of your postal service and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item back we can't arrange an exchange or a refund.
