How long does the Black Friday sale last?

  • Black Friday Sale starts on Sunday 20th of November with Early access for Pioneer Members, and officially starts on Monday 21st of November for everyone. It will last until the 30th of November.

Will the items on the daily deals be further discounted throughout the whole Black Friday week?

  • Certain items will have a special daily discounts, which will be valid only during that Daily Deal. It will not be possible to purchase the same item for the same price on another day.

I already bought the item which is on a daily deal now, can I get it for lower price now?

  • The daily deal price will be only valid during the daily deal day, and if you already placed the order earlier, we will not be able to offer you the price match, unfortunately.

How can I return/exchange my order, and is there an extended return period during the BF and Xmas??

  • If you would like to return/exchange an item from your order, you have 14 -30 days upon arrival to return it (we don’t accept returns for custom-made orders).  Apparel items must have hangtag attached and need to be in the original packaging, and Gear items must be returned unused and returned in the condition you received them, including all packaging, accessories and manuals. Reach out to our Support Team at, and we will provide you with the Return instructions.

I have a Pioneer/Core Memberships, can I use my discount on already discounted BF prices?

  • It will not be possible to use discount codes on already discounted prices during the Black Friday week.

When will I get my order?

  • We will aim to ship and deliver your order as fast as possible, but please note, that during the Black Friday week and peak season which follows it, couriers may experience delays in the delivery due to the higher volume of shipments. Delivery dates may extend on top of the estimate delivery times to additional 1-2 weeks for both EU and USA/ROW countries.

Rest assured that we will do our best, so you receive your order as quickly as possible. ***For non EU countries orders can be held at Customs for several days for inspection, we can not influence this at all and additional Customs charges may be applied and have to be paid by the customer before or at the moment of delivery.
