If you want to cancel your order, it's important that you type "urgent" in message title or in the body of the message.

The same stands if you have an urgent request of any kind.

Note: Orders can be cancelled if the request is made within a few minutes of the order being placed. We can cancel your pre-order if you request a cancellation in 24h since you placed it.
Note: Customer Support team works Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, GMT time. If you send your request on Friday after 4PM or during the weekend, it's possible that we won't be able to cancel your order.
