Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received back your package. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is authorized, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within two business days. From the moment we authorize the refund, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks and payment methods (usually 2-3 business days).
If you paid by bank transfer, you'll need to provide your bank details by sending them to [email protected] before we can issue your refund.
