An unwanted product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund.

If you would like to exchange your purchase (e.g. for a different item size), you may do so within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition when you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

In the unfortunate and unlikely case where item(s) in your order are faulty, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) to us for a full refund (return costs included).

To be able to process your return, we require a receipt, your order number (usually starts with FNCT or a 6 digit number) or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.  We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item that is not returned in its original condition 
  • Not in the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
