To return your product you must first email [email protected] stating your order number and the reason for the return.  Our Returns department will write back to you within two (2) working days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it to.  We receive several parcels back each week and if you don’t clearly identify your return then we won’t know who sent it and we won’t be able to process it for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, please see our shipping information page for more details.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Returns are in the hands of your postal service and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item.  If we don’t receive your item back we can't arrange an exchange or refund.
