Once the page opens scroll down until you see the following, there you will find the version for the Gen 1, please download and install it:
Run the RUSH software as administrator and please click on "Reset Default". If this doesn't help, please follow these steps:
1. Press Fn + N
2. Wait 15 seconds OR until the keys are lit again
3. Unplug the USB cord, wait 10 seconds
4. Plug in the USB cord
