We ship via Spring, Hermes, DPD and P2P which are the transfer services which mostly forward your package to your local delivery service in charge once it reaches country of destination. From that moment onward, your package is under their jurisdiction. Some examples of this:

Italy - Poste Italiane, GLS, Hermes

France - La Poste, Hermes

UK - Royal Mail, Hermes 

USA - USPS, FedEx

Canada - Canada Post etc...

Some order can be shipped via Amazon FBA which uses various delivery services depending on the country.

We use in rare cases different carriers if the package weighs more than certain weight – DPD and TNT. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
